Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Support@purtierdistributor.com. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue prompt.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return for your original purchase. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected to confirm if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banking institutions may take additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact Support@purtierdistributor.com.

Buyer Delivery Instructions & Unclaimed Packages:

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details and delivery instructions. Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, following carrier guidelines, and responding to clearance or delivery requests.

If a package is returned to us due to non-compliance with carrier or Purtier Distributor instructions, failure to arrange redelivery, shipment refusal, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the package within the designated timeframe: The order will not be eligible for a refund.

Reshipment:

Before we can reship your returned package, the following fees must be paid in full:

- Return Shipping Fee (from the initial attempt)

- Carrier Fees (any extra handling or processing charges)

- New Delivery Fee (to ship it back out)

Once these fees are settled, your item will be dispatched immediately.
